Qu...The postal department is not what it use to be. Quality of employees? I don't know. I get a letter from Massachusetts every month for the last 4 years. Well this last month it was 3 weeks late. It caused some hardships on us. When it did arrive it was pristine in condition leading me to believe it was in that special place I usually put things when I can't find them.
