Knedle


I mean no disrespect to my family or my heritage, but these plum dumplings are the best thing about being Slovak.

WOW, save me one for next week. I did buy the Italian plums from Costco but they got moldy before I could make them. Boy they look good. YUM!

Are you Czech? If so, our relatives were responsible for one of the few peaceful country splits. It was 17 years ago, but thinking about it kinda gives me hope for the world.
